Practice And Passion, Keys To Your Business

There is a story told of a man who practiced with passion to become a great track star in high school and in college but went into selling insurance.  

One day he was at a class reunion and they were visiting the track to watch others in that sport jump hurdles. His class mates encouraged him to see if he still had what it takes to run the hurdles.

So he borrowed a pair of spikes and took off down the track.  But at the first hurdle he slipped and broke his leg.

 Had he been practicing and warmed up before hand and had the passion about the sport as he did in his earlier life, he probably could have avoided the injury. 

​In any profession it is always wise to "Warm Up" (​click here to read) before "Practice".  Having a passion about your profession will shine through all the way to the customer.
