How to create a powerful irresistible brand - Baxter Cribbs

How to create a powerful irresistible brand

Branding is an important part of any business if you are going to be successful.

Branding is having an image put before customers, clients, and friends and family that instantly tells them something about you or your company.  This image can tell them something good or bad, positive or negative.

But the idea in "branding" is to put forward an image that says here is an expert!  Here is the real deal!

For a great example Coca-Cola is not presented in the font I just wrote it in.  It is always presented as a script type font that will not be put here because it is their brand.

But, as I said Branding is important and my friend Ferny Ceballos has written an awesome post about this subject and how to effectively use it to brand yourself.

I thank Ferny for being a guest blogger and letting me share this valuable information with you.  Enjoy the post below and feel free to share with others that can benefit from this also.

Did you know you’re already creating a brand online?

Yep, even if you weren’t aware…

YOU have a brand—regardless of whether you have a logo or fancy website, or not.

And look, people talk about “branding” a lot, especially online, but here’s the deal…

Building a brand is NOT what most people think it is.

Well, here’s my promise to you…

By the time you’ve finished reading this post, you’ll know everything you need to know about dramatically increasing your brand’s social capital to effortlessly attract new prospects for your business.

And here’s the good news…

It’s a lot more straightforward than you think.

In fact, using my three-part formula, you’ll discover how you can cultivate a well-known, respected, and irresistible brand—even if your pixelated Facebook profile pic currently screams total, unabashed “amateur.”

First though, let’s talk about…

What a brand is NOT

Most people misunderstand what a brand is.

Usually they think branding exists only in the context of big corporations like Coca-Cola or Nike, where the brand is built by showing people a ton of cute or inspiring commercials starring your company, but that’s not it.

Especially as it relates to the home business industry, that’s not how a brand functions in the context of what we do online.

Think about this…

There are network marketers who have created a MASSIVE brand, but have NO website and NO social media presence…

…yet they’re still really well known in our niche.

How does that happen?

Well, allow me to explain.

Again, let me reiterate: a brand is not a…

  • Fancy logo
  • Nice website
  • Professional photos, distributed all over social media and on your website
  • Complex sales funnel or automated follow-up sequence

A brand isn’t any of those things.

Sure, those things may be branded, but they’re not what a brand is.

One of the biggest mistakes people make when they go online…

…is thinking they need to have a nice, professionally done website.

So they spend $5000, $10,000 on a brand new site.

Once it’s built, they think…

“Alright, I have a good brand now. Now I’m ready to kick butt in my business and go big.”

Well, again, I’m sorry to say: that’s not what a brand is!

What a brand actually is…

Your brand is shaped and defined by three things alone.

Three activities, more precisely, you should pursue.

It’ll help to think of your brand like a verb, not a noun, because your brand comes as a result of these three actions.

Ready for action, the first?

The first aspect of your brand is your expertise.

And the perceived value people attribute to you, based on observing your presence online.

Example: say you do a Facebook Live, but what you’re saying is not making much sense; it doesn’t sound like you know what you’re talking about to your audience.

Well, you are branding yourself…

But you might be branding yourself in a negative way.

Going live while not speaking confidently about your subject matter will brand you as something other than an expert.

Your audience is probably not going to watch the next time, because they’re thinking…

“Oh, look! That’s the person that didn’t know what the hell they were talking about.”

You’ve started your brand with that one activity

The moral of this story?

You want to keep learning and developing your skillsets.

And one of the best ways to do this is plugging into one of our daily Facebook Live broadcasts, every single day.

And to sign up for my FREE 10-Day Online Recruiting Bootcamp, where you’ll gain the knowledge to create an automated selling and prospecting system to attract highly-interested prospects to your product or opportunity online.

More importantly, if you decide to invest in one of our products, you’ll have access to our private Facebook community where thousands of active members are there to answer your questions and help you grow.

In fact, we’ve had people generate their first $5,000-$10,000 on the Internet within the first 60 days of joining!

You can watch this Facebook Live broadcast to meet these incredible folks.

It’s awesome to see their quick success.

But I’m only partially telling you to brag about my students.

I also want you to know that when someone creates this magnitude of success, and generates buzz within our community based on their results, then obviously they are universally perceived as a person of value.

Which brings me to point number two….

Your value is obviously your perceived expertise.

And this is acquired through developing skillsets so you can get results.

That’s what gives you credibility.

So here’s what happens when you start producing results…

People start asking…

“Hey what are you doing?”

And all of a sudden, people will want to…

  • Tune in to your Facebook Lives
  • Follow you on social media, and
  • Connect with you personally, in any way possible

Hence, your results are the fundamental basis of your brand.

I have a quote…

“Your brand doesn’t begin until you have results”

And you know what…that’s not exactly true.

Everyone has a brand, but not everyone has a desirable brand.

In all honesty, many brands are pretty terrible.

But hey, everyone has to start somewhere (and that’s okay).

So what I should be saying is that an attractive brand doesn’t begin until you have results.

Because you can’t show somebody how to get results if you haven’t done so yourself.

Make sense?

So get some results; that gives you credibility.

On to the next step…

Number three is that you’re going to help other people produce results.

That becomes social proof!

Look, it’s one thing to get results for yourself.

But when you help other people get results, you can use that to establish your credibility.

Which you can then put on display through whatever communication mediums you’re using, such as social media, your email list, blog, etc.

You can showcase and acknowledge people for getting results (and the fact that you’re the one who helped them get those results).

That elevates your brand even further…

Because you’re now proving that you have the ability to help others change their lives.

And in case you were wondering, that’s extremely attractive to your prospects!

In summary, your brand is defined by three things:

  1. Your expertise
  2. Your results
  3. The results of other people you’ve helped along the way

Simple, right?

How to grow your brand

First and foremost, you need to learn attractive skillsets.

You need to develop expertise.

But not just expertise, because in addition to developing the fundamental skills which are important…

You need to develop attractive skillsets.

Basically…

What’s going to set you apart from other people who are doing the same thing?

That’s one of the biggest reasons to take your business online, because it’s an attractive, in-demand skillset.

Building a network marketing business offline, using traditional methods, works, of course.

But it’s a grind and people know it.

People are afraid of doing certain things related to traditional strategies for prospecting and recruiting.

Cold calling, anyone?

When you say that you know how to recruit people on social media—automatically and without rejection, using Internet marketing techniques—that’s attractive because it’s somewhat unique in our marketplace.

What we do here at EMP is still a very, very tiny segment of the entire network marketing industry.

Thus, these skills are scarce.

And scarcity makes things valuable.

So, what should you focus on?

Learning attractive skillsets!

That’s how you grow your brand fast and get results as quickly as possible.

In fact, we’ve proven that we can help our students generate their first leads, sales, and commissions on autopilot, using Internet marketing strategies, all within two weeks.

We want to get people results as quickly as possible for three reasons:

  1. Their belief goes up and they go, “Wow, this stuff actually works!”
  2. Now (having results), they can show other people what they did
  3. They can teach other people what they did, and help them get results, by simply referring them to our community

And here’s what’s really cool:

If all you did was plug other people into this community, and help them get results, then, whenever they have questions…

They’re going to come back to you for help and advice.

You’re now their mentor!

And that’s extremely powerful.

Again, you grow your brand by…

  1. Learning attractive skillsets,
  2. Getting results with those attractive skillsets, and
  3. Helping others get those results as quickly as possible.

So if you’re ready to start learning attractive skillsets, and to create a real brand that’s based on results and the impact you’ve made on other people’s lives…

Then I highly recommend signing up for my free online recruiting bootcamp.

You’ll learn the exact online business building strategies I use to passively generate 300–500 leads per day, 30–50 customers per day, and recruit 70–100 new serious business-builders into my business each month.

These are the exact strategies I used when I first started, while I was literally living out of a bedroom at my mom’s house, and subsequently used to create a world-wide brand, and over 14 million dollars in revenue.

So if you’re ready to get started…
